Geronimo Project • Forever 15

Keep his name alive. Bring joy to a child.

September 12, 2002 – May 17, 2018

Created by league founder Tyler Jaquez in memory of his little brother Geronimo, who passed away from cancer at age 15, the Geronimo Project is a year-round toy drive and annual game. Together we can share a little joy with children and families across Arizona.

Why we do this

For Geronimo. For every family who needs a bright moment.

Funds raised through the project help buy toys throughout the year. We bring gifts to children at Arizona hospitals and to families in local communities. During the holiday season, Tyler dresses as Santa and travels across Arizona handing out toys.

“Every Christmas, there is a child and a family spending the holiday in a hospital. Through the Geronimo Project, I want them to know they are not alone.”

— Tyler Jaquez

Small moments that can mean so much.

Every toy is a reminder that a child and their family have a community beside them. New, unwrapped toys are welcome all year.
